I work with adult individuals suffering from emotional dysregulation, post trauma symptoms, divorce recovery, and attachment related issues, just to name a few. My treatment lens is a trauma-informed perspective. I have advantaged training in EMDR, EFIT, Gottman and CBT therapies, as well as Faith based Christian Counseling.
